- Schedule: 3 equal auto-charges of the remaining balance every 2 weeks (bi-weekly).
- How you pay: Charges are automatic via Downpay to the same card used at checkout. You’ll also receive email reminders.
- Shipping: Your order ships after the final payment clears.
- Hold: We pull your item(s) from sale while on layaway.
Cancellations are strongly discouraged. If payments are missed, we may cancel the layaway and return items to inventory. The 25% deposit and any installments already paid are non-refundable.
Are payments automatic?
Yes. Downpay automatically charges the remaining 3 installments to your saved payment method every 14 days.
Can I combine multiple items?
Yes. If your combined cart meets the layaway minimum, the full cart can be placed on layaway.
What if I need more time?
Please contact us before a due date. Extensions aren’t guaranteed but we’ll try to help.
What happens if I cancel or default?
Layaway may be canceled for missed payments. The deposit and any installments already paid are non-refundable; items return to inventory.
