A: Our inventory includes a curated mix of brand new, like-new, and gently used items. Each piece is carefully inspected and clearly described so you know exactly what you're getting.


Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our shop in Des Moines, Iowa. Every item is packed with care to make sure it arrives safe and ready to run.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but international orders ship at the buyer’s own risk. We’re not responsible for damage, delays, or customs fees. For extra protection, contact us about insurance before ordering.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our products. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers. We strongly recommend adding insurance. If an item arrives defective (not due to shipping), we’ll work with you to find a resolution.


Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your order anytime here using your tracking number or order details.


Q: Can I make changes after placing an order?

Q: Will these work with Lionel, MTH, or Atlas track?
A: Yes, all of our O-scale products are compatible with standard 3-rail track systems, including Lionel FasTrack, MTH RealTrax, and Atlas O.


Q: Are any of your items 2-rail compatible?
A: Most of our products are 3-rail O-scale. If an item is 2-rail or convertible, it will be clearly noted in the product description.


Q: Are these models to scale or traditional O-gauge?
A: Yes, but we primarily focus on scale-proportioned, highly detailed freight cars and locomotives.
