⚠️ IMPORTANT CABOOSE MINIMUM & ENGINE COMMITMENT
The ET44 locomotive is committed and will be produced. The matching side window caboose requires a minimum of 50 caboose preorders before production can be confirmed.
If the 50 caboose minimum is reached: Your complete locomotive and caboose bundle will be fulfilled as ordered.
If the 50 caboose minimum is not reached:
- Paid in full orders: You will receive a $100 refund for the caboose portion. Your order will continue as an ET44 locomotive order at the regular locomotive price of $899.99.
- Deposit orders: Your $300 deposit will remain applied to the ET44 locomotive. The remaining locomotive balance of $599.99 will be due when the locomotive arrives.
By reserving this bundle, you are making a binding commitment to the ET44 locomotive even if the caboose is not produced. All deposits and purchases are nonrefundable. These products are custom built to order, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded once locked in.
